Fleming Wins

Thank you Pocahontas County for the victory! Thanks to all those who supported my campaign and provided so much encouragement throughout this long process. Many, many people made this possible.

And I want to thank Charles Wilfong. It was an honor to run alongside Mr. Wilfong in this election. He is a hard worker and a good father, and I'm sure it goes without saying that Mr. Wilfong will continue to be involved in issues central to Pocahontas County as he has always been.

I want to dedicate this victory to the memory of two individuals that I regrettably never got to meet: L. D. "Dave" Sharp and Evva Shelton, both of Slatyfork. Their stories formed a big part of my inspiration in this campaign, part of my understanding of what long and quality lives in Pocahontas County truly are.

This is what I know: That our families are the most important thing we have. With this single thought in mind above all others, I will work hard to make sure that you are heard on the Pocahontas County Commission.
